The centers include East Hanover Plaza, a 98,000-square-foot community center in East Hanover, NJ; Southmont Plaza, a 251,000-square-foot power center in Easton, PA; and Stow Community Center, a 406,000-square-foot grocery-anchored center in Stow, OH. Major tenants in the portfolio include Giant Eagle, Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, and HomeGoods, among other high-quality tenants.
